Cookies

Use any drop cookie dough such as your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe or, any store bought pre-baked cookie dough.

  • Just place the Perfect Cookie Mold on a heavy or professional baking sheet for the aluminum molds or, normal baking sheet for the silicone mold.
  • I use a Silpat mat on my baking sheets and place the molds on top of the mat for easier cookie removal and clean-up.
  • For the medium molds drop your favorite cookie dough into each circle up to 3/4 full or, one level tablespoon or, equivalent round scoop. Double the dough for the large mold and cut the tablespoon in half for the small mold.
  • You can make the cookies as thick or thin as you desire by the amount of dough in each circle.
  • Bake as directed by your recipe instructions.
  • Remove from oven when done and let stand for a few minutes until cooled.
  • Lift the molds by the tabs on either side of the mold with a kitchen towel or pot holder. Molds can be hot to touch until completely cooled.
  • The molds have a non-stick coating and the cookies should glide away from the molds as lifted.
  • After following the above directions, you will create the 'Perfect Cookie'. Yum....Enjoy!!!
  • The medium size cookies will look great packaged in a mason jar topped with a decorative ribbon. Great gift idea especially, during the holidays.

Little Cakes and Brownies

Use any pre-packaged cake or brownie mix or your favorite mix recipe.

  • Just place the Perfect Cookie Mold on a heavy or professional baking sheet for the aluminum molds or, normal baking sheet for the silicone mold.
  • I use a Silpat mat on my baking sheets and place the molds on top of the mat for easier cake removal and clean-up.
  • Depending on the amount of butter, shortening or oil in the recipe, you may want to give the molds and baking sheet a quick spray with PAM or, an equivalent spray to ensure there is no sticking for recipes that do not call for at least one cup or more of the above ingredients.
  • For the medium molds pour the batter into each circle up to 3/4 full or, to the top of the ring if you wish for the cake or brownie to rise above and over the mold top.
  • You can make the cakes or brownies as high or thin as you desire by the amount of batter in each circle.
  • Bake as directed by your recipe instructions.
  • Remove from oven when done and let stand for a few minutes until cooled.
  • Lift the molds by the tabs on either side of the mold with a kitchen towel or pot holder. Molds can be hot to touch until completely cooled.
  • For cakes or brownies that rise over the top of each ring, pop out from the bottom or, simply take a serrated knife and slide across the top of the mold to cut off the top of each cake or, brownie. This will create a perfectly flat top of each individual cake for the perfect layering.
  • After following the above directions, you will create the 'Perfect Little Cakes & Brownies'
  • Depending on how many layers you use, you can create a 6 layer cake or 3 layer cake. You can also use each mold size and create a wedding cake.
  • Creating little individual cakes is a great ideal for a kid's birthday party, replacing the usual cupcakes. Enjoy!!!

Pancakes

  • Depending on the size of your griddle, you may only be able to utilize the small or medium Perfect Cookie Mold.

  • Depending on the amount of butter, shortening or oil in the recipe, you may want to give the molds a quick spray with PAM or, an equivalent spray to ensure there is no sticking for recipes that do not call for at least one cup or more of the above ingredients.
  • Pour the mix into each circle up to 1/2 or, 3/4 full depending on how thick you want your pancakes.
  • Let the batter cook like it normally would until set.
  • Once batter is set, lift the mold up away from the pancakes.
  • Flip the pancakes to cook evenly on the other side.
  • You will have multiple 'Perfectly Round' pancakes all at once. And, all the same size.
  • The small mold is great for making multiple silver dollar pancakes at once. Great for kids or, for feeding a crowd.
  • Yumm, is it breakfast yet?

Use any pre-packaged pie crust or your favorite crust/tart mix recipe.

  • Just place the Perfect Cookie Mold on a heavy or professional baking sheet for the aluminum molds or, normal baking sheet for the silicone mold.

  • Depending on the amount of butter, shortening or oil in the recipe, you may want to give the molds and baking sheet a quick spray with PAM or, an equivalent spray to ensure there is no sticking for recipes that do not call for at least one cup or more of the above ingredients.
